Welcome to EpicMiles Travel. By booking any travel service or using our website (www.epicmilestravel.com), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking & Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A booking is confirmed only after receipt of advance payment.
- Full payment must be completed before the travel departure date.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, airline fare revisions, hotel rate changes, or government taxes.
2. Travel Documents & Visa
- Passengers must ensure valid passport (minimum 6 months validity).
- Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the respective embassy/consulate.
- EpicMiles Travel is not responsible for visa rejection or delays.
- No refund will be provided for visa rejection unless suppliers refund the amount.
3. Changes & Amendments
- Any amendment after booking confirmation may attract additional charges.
- Name changes, date changes, or hotel modifications are subject to supplier rules.
- Airline tickets once issued may be non-changeable or chargeable as per airline policy.
4. Cancellation Policy
A. Cancellation by Customer
- 30 days or more before departure – Cancellation charges may apply as per airline/hotel policy.
- 15–29 days before departure – 50% of total package cost may be charged.
- 7–14 days before departure – 75% of total package cost may be charged.
- Less than 7 days before departure – 100% cancellation charges may apply.
Note: Actual cancellation charges depend on airline, hotel, cruise, and supplier policies.
B. Cancellation by Company
In rare cases of natural disasters, political instability, pandemic restrictions, or operational issues, EpicMiles Travel reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours. In such cases, a refund will be processed after deducting non-refundable supplier charges.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–21 working days.
- Refund timelines depend on airline, hotel, cruise, and third-party suppliers.
- Service charges, visa fees, and processing fees are non-refundable.
- No refund will be provided for unused services once the trip has commenced.
6. Liability
EpicMiles Travel acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, transport operators).
We are not liable for:
- Flight delays or cancellations
- Natural disasters
- Political unrest
- Accidents or injuries
- Loss of baggage or personal belongings
- Hotel overbooking or service deficiencies
7. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all international travel. EpicMiles Travel is not responsible for medical emergencies, trip interruptions, or unforeseen losses.
8. Force Majeure
We shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or war.
