EpicMiles Travel Co. respects your privacy and provides you with the ability to request deletion of personal information associated with your use of EpicMiles services, including information processed through our WhatsApp communication services.

How to Request Data Deletion

If you would like EpicMiles Travel Co. to delete your personal information, please send a deletion request to:

Please include:

• Your full name
• Your mobile/WhatsApp number
• The email address associated with your account, if applicable
• A clear statement that you are requesting deletion of your personal data

For WhatsApp-related data, please include the WhatsApp phone number from which you communicated with EpicMiles Travel Co.

What Happens After Your Request

After receiving your request, EpicMiles Travel Co. will:

• Verify the request where reasonably necessary to protect against unauthorized deletion.
• Identify the personal information associated with the request.
• Delete or anonymize personal information that we are not required to retain.
• Retain only information that we are legally required or legitimately permitted to retain, where applicable.
• Confirm completion of the deletion request by email when appropriate.

Some information may need to be retained where required by applicable law, for legitimate legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or regulatory purposes.

WhatsApp Data

EpicMiles OS may process information received through WhatsApp, including:

• WhatsApp phone number
• Customer name, where provided
• Messages sent to EpicMiles Travel Co.
• Information voluntarily provided during travel enquiries
• Conversation and qualification information required to provide travel services

You may request deletion of personal information associated with these communications using the procedure described above.
